About Reframe
I help established business owners refresh outdated websites into strategic, easy-to-manage platforms that clearly communicate what they do and attract the right clients.
But my path into web design didn’t start with design.
It started behind the scenes of small businesses.
Hey there, I’m Rachel!
WHERE IT STARTED
Before starting Reframe Co., I spent several years working in sales for a university before transitioning into the online business world as a Virtual Assistant and Online Business Manager.
For the last four years, I’ve worked behind the scenes in a variety of small businesses—helping manage operations, organize backend systems, and support branding and marketing efforts.
And over time, I started noticing the same pattern again and again.
Business owners had websites they were afraid to touch.
They didn’t know how to structure their site so it clearly explained what they do.
They weren’t sure how to make updates.
And many felt stuck relying on someone else for even the smallest edits.
Their website—something that should have supported their business—had become a source of stress.
So I started taking on those website tasks myself.
Learning them.
Refining them.
And eventually helping business owners understand that their websites didn’t have to feel so complicated.
Enter Reframe Co.
Today, I specialize in strategic website refreshes.
Not every business needs a brand-new website. Often, what’s needed is clarity, structure, and a thoughtful redesign that helps your website finally reflect the caliber of your work.
My goal is to create websites that are:
• Clear and strategic
• Beautiful and aligned with your brand
• Built to convert visitors into clients
• Simple for you to maintain and update on your own
I primarily build on Squarespace because it’s one of the most user-friendly platforms available. It’s intuitive for business owners, and their support team is responsive and accessible if issues arise.
Your website shouldn’t require a developer every time you want to change a photo or update a sentence.
You should feel confident managing it.
